Bio¬resources are reservoirs of genetic variation. The entire population of the world are dependent on these resources. As a result of over utilization they are on the verge of extinction. Hence it is essential to identify new bio-resources and it is indispensable to conserve the existing bio resources to meet the challenges of requirements of mankind.
